Anti-Violence Quilt
With all the shootings in the schools
in the south and in Columbine, all of which it upset me so much, I felt I just had to say
something to help the "cause" of trying to get guns out of schools. I was really
worried about my Grandkids and them going to school with all this going on. And what
better way than through my work. I designed it on graph paper first. Then just sewed
it starting from the middle out. Machine pieced and hand appliqued and beaded and paper
piecing letters in the center.
