This is a great block to show off novelty fabrics. A novelty fabric is one where the motif is humorous, or has a theme to it. Theme fabrics might include sewing notions, dolls, trains etc.. Attic Windows make a adorable baby quilts. For templates for a 6" Attic windows click here. For templates for a 9" block click here. The files are PDF files, for ease in printing. However, you must have Adobe Reader installed to view and print. The main Free Patterns Page has a link to the Adobe Systems Site.
